Are you passionate about coding or digital arts? Would you like to inspire children to become digital makers and teach them to code? We’re looking for dedicated and creative individuals to join our community of teachers. If you want to inspire and engage children, and have experience coding in Scratch or text-based languages such as Python, JavaScript or have worked with robotics or electronics, we’d love to hear from you.

Blue{shift} education is London’s premier coding educator and has been teaching children aged 5 to 16  a creative approach to coding and robotics since 2013. We run after school clubs at nearly 20 schools and run coding and robotics camps every holiday and half-term. We also have a growing roster of private tuition clients. We develop and test most of our own teaching materials and offer a best in breed computing education. Our ethos is to inspire children with the creative possibilities of code and show them all the things they can make using technology as a tool.

We are looking for both assistant and lead teachers. Our classes cover robotics (using Lego Mindstorms and other platforms), electronics, and making art, games and apps using languages like Scratch, JavaScript,  and Python. We emphasise computational thinking and problem solving, encouraging project-based work that uses technology as a tool for making.
