As a musician, I have always been fascinated by the role of technology in the arts. That is why I decided I wanted to study a degree that mixes subjects such as music arranging and pure coding. My coolest projects so far are definitely a Mario style platformer game, and an interactive music touch board that I built with a raspberry Pi and a conductive ink pen. I began teaching because I think the power and accessibility of technology makes it a great tool that anyone can use to express themselves. I believe that every kid should have the opportunity to learn the basics of coding, for a better future! Having even a basic knowledge of any coding language will shape the society of the future to better understand the ethics behind new technologies, as well as to assess their benefits and risks.
