Carolina is a creative writer with a dream of a better future. Ahead of joining BlueShift Education, she spent 5 years as a social science journal publisher in the fields of education, sociology and communication. As our Business Manager, she manages all B2C products, including camps, private tuition, and workshops. She oversees our sales channels, including our website and CRM, leads our marketing team, and manages external partnerships. Carolina holds an Executive Education course on Women’s Leadership Development from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, an MA in Creative Writing and Publishing from City, University of London and a BA in Languages, Literature and Culture from the University of Lisbon. In her free time, she loves to write, read fiction, volunteer, exercise and advocate for mental health awareness.
