We had a wonderful time during our February Half-Term Hackathon!

Every year we sort our campers into four houses and this year we have decided to name them after our top four inspiring coders form the nineteenth and twentieth century. From cracking the german enigma code to helping get humans on the moon, get to know our house mascots a little better!

We are shining a spotlight on Reshma Saujani, founder of American non-profit organisation, Girls Who Code. We explore what motivated her to try and address the gender imbalance in computer science and how Girls Who Code is also working to resocialise girls to be more brave.
