We understand that plans and children's interests can change last minute! To make your life easier, we've introduced a deposit scheme that will let you reserve your space 7+ days prior to the start date.

How it works?

Book any full week of camp with a £50 deposit now and pay the difference later.
Use our CampShift policy to easily change your camp dates and courses as many times as you want (subject to availability).
If you decide to cancel, use your £50 deposit as credit towards any of our future camps, virtual classes or other services.

Please note: To secure EarlyBird pricing, you must pay the remaining balance before our EarlyBird pricing ends. If the remaining balance is paid once regular pricing is in effect, the balance owed will be regular pricing. You must confirm the course and pay the remaining balance at least 7 days prior to camp start date.

Policies

Illness policy

Campers should not be brought to camp if they are displaying signs of illness. In the case of a camper who has become ill during camp hours, parents will be notified immediately to pick their child up. If a child misses a day or multiple days of camp because of an illness, credit towards another camp can be arranged for when they're feeling better.

CampShift policy

You can change your camp booking 7+ days prior to the start date to any of our other dates or courses (subject to availabilities). If the price of your new camp is different because of a level change, you will be required to pay the difference or we will refund you likewise. If you'd like to switch to an online course instead of in person then your remaining balance will be issued as credit.

What happens if I pay the full amount and then decide to change my booking to a cheaper course?

If you decide to change your booking to a camp that is cheaper, or have decided to do our virtual class instead, the difference will be added as credit
What happens if I don't pay the remaining amount 7+ days before the course starts?

If you do not complete your booking at least 7 days before the course starts, the space that you reserved for the camp will be lost. You might still be able to book the camp if we have availability, but we won't be able to guarantee it.
The £50 you have paid as deposit will be automatically saved as credit which you can use towards booking any of our courses or services in the future
Can I use the deposit scheme to book a partial week?

As of January 2023, you are no longer able to use deposits to book partial weeks of Camps. When you book a camp with £50 deposit, you reserve the full week.
